Please join us for our 2026 Annual Meeting in May!  
This meeting will be held from May 18-20 in French Lick, Indiana, with a Welcome Reception on Sunday, May 17th. 
We have reserved a block of rooms at the historic French Lick Springs Hotel, and bookings can be made via the link in the registration form below. 

Please submit your registration form by April 13, 2026. Payment does not need to be received with your registration form, but we must know of your attendance by this date. Send registration forms by email to [email protected].
